Remove the Spark Plugs on a Smart Roadster

Want to replace the spark plugs on your Smart Roadster? Here’s how to remove the spark plugs located in the engine compartment. Lift the rear bonnet and secure it, then locate the engine cover panel. Unscrew the securing pins of the cover to access the leads with a socket spanner. Grip the lead with your hands and pull it off the panel until it is removed. Use a socket spanner to unscrew the spark plugs (remove them from the cylinder head), take the new spark plug and insert it into the cylinder head with the socket spanner. After fitting the spark plugs, you can reattach the cover panel. Access from below to remove the other spark plugs.
