Replacing Brake Pads on Smart Forfour

Lift the vehicle using a suitable jack and remove the affected front wheel by unscrewing the bolts. As clearly shown in the video, manually remove the two rear bolt covers on the caliper and then unscrew those bolts.

Also, remove the metal clip and pull the caliper off the disc. At this point, you can extract the pads from the caliper.

Push the piston back that holds the brake pads and, while you're at it, clean the entire braking assembly. Insert the new pads into the caliper and refit it onto the disc.

Refit the wheel and you're done.

To reset the AdBlue system on a 2018 Peugeot Boxer, follow these steps: Start the engine and ensure the vehicle is parked in a well-ventilated area. Locate the "MENU" button on the dashboard or steering wheel controls. Press and hold the "MENU" button until the menu options appear on the display. Use the arrow buttons or scroll wheel to access the "Vehicle Settings" or "Settings" menu. Select the "AdBlue" or "AdBlue System" option. Look for the "Recharge" or "Reset" option in the AdBlue menu. Turn off the engine and wait a few seconds. Restart the engine and check that the AdBlue system has been reset.
