To remove the external handle of the Smart 450, open the door and loosen the bolt located inside the door, corresponding to the external handle and near the locking mechanism. By loosening the screw and pulling it from its housing, you can extract the entire handle assembly from the outside and completely remove it by disconnecting the connector at the back. Once the old handle is removed, you can replace it with a new spare part, which should be secured with the corresponding screw and connected to its connector.
