How do I remove the outer door panel of the Smart 450?

The removal of the external door panel of the Smart 450 is carried out by opening the door and removing the side cover in correspondence with the handle, to unscrew the screw underneath. Once this has been unscrewed, it will be possible to remove the handle and its mechanism, disconnecting the connector. In this way you will have to remove the gasket from the upper part of the door, located at the base of the window. In this way it will be possible to pry under the panel so that it can be detached from the door and replaced with a new spare part.
