How to remove the outer door panel of the Smart 450?

To remove the outer door panel of the Smart 450, leverage the area around the external handle so that it can be completely removed, disconnecting the connector as well. Once the handle has been removed, detach the seal located at the base of the window, allowing you to free the outer panel. When the panel is freed, you can completely remove it from the door and replace it with a new spare part. Once this is installed, you can also reposition the outer door handle.
