This guide outlines the main instructions for removing and replacing the hood slider, thus repairing it, on the Smart Fortwo. First, get inside the vehicle and start unscrewing the screws of the sun visors; then remove the rear spoiler using a Torx screwdriver and unscrew the screws of the hood with a cross screwdriver, as shown in the video. At this point, remove and replace the old slider, checking the wear condition of the hood opening mechanism, following the video tutorial to the end!
