To replace the rear wheel bearing on a Smart 450, lift the car with a jack or ramp so that the corresponding wheel is not in contact with the ground. Once lifted, you need to unscrew the bolts securing the wheel to remove it and access its rear parts. Unscrew the screws securing the brake caliper and those securing the hub, which can then be removed with a few taps of a hammer outward. This will allow you to remove the bearing from its centre and replace it with a new one.
