To remove the rear door panel of the Smart Forfour, first detach the plastic cover located by the wing mirror: by loosening this cover, you will be able to access the screws that secure the panel. Then, loosen the screws located on the side of the door and at the bottom right of the panel: by removing all these screws, you can detach the panel and disconnect the underlying connectors.

This way, you can position the new panel and secure it with the appropriate screws.
