How to remove the exterior door panel on a Smart Forfour? This video explains how to proceed: before starting the disassembly work, let's disconnect the battery terminals in the front engine compartment. With a screwdriver we go to unscrew the tightening screws placed in the panel of the interior door, we remove the rubber gasket placed on the door next to the crystal. With the plastic lever we release all the clips of the door panel, leveraging the entire perimeter of the door. Finally, we pull off the skirt with our hands. Let's reassemble all the pieces by proceeding backwards.
