Briefly follow the instructions for removing and replacing the door handle opening cable on the front door of the Smart Forfour. First, open the front door and begin to remove the inner and outer door panels; to do this, remove the side plastic cover and unscrew the fixing screws, as shown in the video. Next, disconnect the cable from the handle by sliding it out with the sheath to replace it with the new one; then refit the new cable with the sheath, securing it to the handle hook and reassembling the door panels!
