Replacing the Remote Key Battery on Ssangyong Tivoli

Is the battery in your Ssangyong Tivoli remote key flat? Replace it as soon as it starts to lose reception power. Take the remote and press the button to release the metal key. Once extracted, use a screwdriver to lever between the two plastic parts of the key cover. Continue to lever until the two pieces separate from the cover (the battery housing cover). Remove the worn battery with a screwdriver (take a new one of the same size and voltage). Fit the plastic back over the cover by pressing on the remote key until you hear the locking click.
