Here are the instructions to remove and replace the rear wiper on the Subaru Outback. First, move to the rear of the vehicle and lift the wiper arm; then unclip the plastic clip to remove the wiper from the arm, as shown in the video.

Now install the new wiper of the correct type and same length; secure it properly on the arm before gently lowering it, and replace the front wipers if necessary in the same manner.
