Model: Subaru Forester MK 4, SJ - Years 2012-2019
Part: Side mirror

With a small flat screwdriver or any other pointed tool, extract the plastic under the hood by levering the joint line to the rest of the mirror. At this point you can also extract the main plate, simply by pulling it with your hands. Now you can see how the plastic interlocking hooks are formed: to assemble the new plastics forming the new shell, simply insert these hooks into the supporting structure by applying pressure with your hands. Even the mirror, in case you need to replace it, can be detached by levering from above (or from below) and disconnecting any connectors.

Want to reset the engine light on a Fiat 500L? Turn on the ignition with the key, press the accelerator pedal three times in quick succession (then release the pedal), and turn off the instrument cluster with the key. Turn the instrument cluster back on with the key and wait for it to illuminate (check if the light is present or not). Finally, check the changes made to the car. Always remember to make changes to the onboard computer while the vehicle is stationary and turned off. Use the instrument cluster for all types of car settings.
