How to replace the cabin air filter on a Subaru XV

Before we can begin, we will have to go and open the front passenger door of our Subaru XV. Let's start by opening the glove compartment drawer. After that, we will have to go and release and remove the side cylinders. At this point, we will have to go to disengage and remove the glove box, and we will have reached the passenger compartment air filter. We then proceed by going to disengage it and remove it from its housing, and we will have successfully completed the disassembly. To fit the new cabin air filter, we will only have to repeat these instructions in reverse, and the replacement will be completed.
