How to reset the tire pressure sensor on the Subaru XV

When the tire pressure warning light continues to illuminate on the instrument panel of your Subaru XV even after inflating the tires to the correct pressures, it means there is a small error in the ECU reading. To resolve this, you need to manually reset the warning light and we will explain how to do it below. First, get into the car and turn on the ignition if it is still off, then locate the buttons on the left side of the dashboard and hold down the button with the tire pressure warning light icon on it. Finally, wait a few seconds and release the button as soon as the reset is complete.
