Engine Oil and Filter Replacement

Model: Subaru Impreza MK 4 - Years 2011-2016

To replace the engine oil, it is recommended to place the vehicle on suitable car stands to facilitate access to the oil sump; position a container to collect the used oil and unscrew the drain plug; once the oil has fully drained, re-screw the plug and proceed to replace the filter cartridge by unscrewing it with the appropriate socket tool; apply clean oil to the seal of the new filter and screw it on without exceeding the torque specification; finally, fill the engine with clean oil until the maximum level is reached.
