In order to replace the windshield of the Suzuki Burgman 400, you need to loosen the screws that secure the front fairing cover from the inside: once these screws above the handlebars have been loosened, you can detach the outer cover of the front fairing, making the screws that secure the windshield accessible. These screws can all be completely loosened, allowing you to remove the windshield from its housing and insert the new replacement piece: this must be secured with screws, then reposition the outer cover.
