Let’s discover the instructions on how to remove and replace the windscreen or visor on the Suzuki Burgman 400 scooter, from 2003 to 2006. First, remove the plastic front cover located under the windscreen by detaching it from the rear clips; then unscrew the screws found underneath using a cross-head screwdriver. At this point, remove the six internal clips and completely detach the windscreen, as shown in the video. Finally, replace the windscreen with the new one, securing it properly with screws and reattaching the plastic cover!
