Operation: How to remove the EGR valve of the Suzuki Grand Vitara

The guide shows how to disassemble the EGR (Exaust Gas Recirculation) valve of the Suzuki Grand Vitara. The first step is to open the bonnet and remove the protective plastic from the engine. Remove the air hose and the pipes that are exposed after this operation. After having removed all the bolts fixing the exhaust pipes to the Exaust Gas Recirculation valve and after having unscrewed the bolts fixing the valve to the supports, it is possible to remove it with a little play from its seat. Disconnect the control connector and replace it with a new valve. The part replacement procedure is the same as the disassembly procedure.
