How to Change the Engine Oil on a 2017 Suzuki Ignis

If you want to DIY the engine oil and filter change on this model of car, follow the steps outlined below. After opening the bonnet and lifting the vehicle, proceed to unscrew the oil drain plug located at the side of the oil sump, then unscrew the filter using the appropriate spanner. Take the new filter and screw it on after replacing the seal. Once all the used oil has drained out, re-screw the drain plug. Go back to the bonnet and fill the system with new lubricant.
