This guide shows how to adjust the handbrake on the Suzuki Grand Vitara Mk2. To perform this operation, remove the cup holder located between the front seats using the two side plastic clips. Next, remove the six screws securing the centre console; these are located on the sides of the piece, in the cup holder area and in the glove compartment under the armrest. Now, slightly lift the trim piece to access the handbrake adjuster nut with a 10 mm spanner. After completing the adjustment, reassemble everything in position.
