In this tutorial we can see how to adjust the handbrake in the Suzuki Grand Vitara, a very simple and quick operation. First, we remove the two side panels of the central tunnel, then we separate the base of the gear lever enough to remove the rear plastic cover. We then unscrew the indicated screws, remove the glove compartment containing the armrest, and locate the handbrake mechanism. At this point, with the lever in the final position, we tighten the nut of the mechanism until we reach the desired level of tension.
