How to Replace the Remote Control Battery on a Suzuki S-Cross

To replace the battery in the remote control of the Suzuki S-Cross, you will need a small screwdriver, with which you will gently remove the metal buttons on the plastic shell. Next, remove the security key located at the bottom of the remote. At this point, use the screwdriver in the space left by the key to open the remote in two halves. Remove the part with the chip and the battery, leaving the two halves of the shell. Pry out the button battery: it is a common CR2032 that costs a few pounds and can be found anywhere: at the supermarket, from the newsagent. When reinserting it, make sure to place it the right way round. Now you can reassemble the shell and place the chip inside. Replace the security key. Put the buttons back in place (they are snap-fit). Job done.
