If pulling the handbrake lever makes a very long stroke, i.e. more than 5 or 6 clicks are heard, then it is certainly necessary to adjust the stroke so that it does not rise more than 3 or 4 clicks at the most. ; the adjustment is manual and is carried out from inside the passenger compartment through a special adjusting screw located just behind the handbrake lever itself: it is therefore necessary to remove the plastic cover that covers the central tunnel by removing the two front screws and those on the sides of the rear, intercept the adjusting nut, lower the handbrake lever and tighten the nut until the lever travel settles on 3-4 clicks.
