These short and simple steps will show you how to remove and replace the spark plug on the Sym Jet 14 scooter. First, place the scooter on the centre stand and start by removing the plastic cover located at the bottom of the footboard and under the seat; this will give you access to the top of the cylinder head, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect the spark plug coil connector, using a socket wrench with an extension to unscrew and remove the spark plug; screw in the new one by hand and tighten gently with the wrench, then reconnect the coil.
