Changing Brake Pads on the Sym Joymax 300 I

First, place your motorcycle (in this case, the Sym Joymax 300 I) in a stable and secure position, immobilising it while you work. This is to ensure the safety of the operator as much as possible.

Now, as the first step, unscrew the two bolts that secure the front brake caliper, where you will find the two pads to be replaced (this video shows the replacement of the upper pads. There are also two lower pads in the caliper).

Remove the pin that blocks access to the pads and extract them from their housing. At this point, proceed to fit the new pads, following the same steps in reverse order.
