Today, learn how to remove the front brake pads on a Sym Joymax 300i scooter. First, undo the bolts of the brake caliper using a 12 mm socket spanner; then remove the caliper from the disc. At this point, use a sharp tool to remove the retaining clip and the central locking pin; now you can extract the old pads and replace them with new ones. Before refitting, clean the inside of the caliper from any carbon deposits; apply the reverse procedure for reassembly!
