To replace the transmission on a Sym Joymax 300i, you need to loosen the screws that secure the specific cover located on the left side of the bike near the rear wheel: here you can loosen the central nuts that secure the variator and the clutch bell.

Once these two components are freed, you can completely remove them from their housing to slide the belt out of its seat; at this point, you can insert all the new components, securing them in their respective housing and checking that everything is functioning.
