How do you replace the candle of the Sym Joymax 250?

In order to replace the Sym Joymax 250 spark plug, you need to loosen the screws that secure the left side panel of the bike, positioned immediately above the footrest compartment. Once the panel has been removed, it will be possible to access the underlying components, among which there will also be the candle itself. The latter must be unscrewed so that it is removed from its housing, using a suitable socket wrench. After the spark plug itself has been removed, it will be possible to go and insert the new one, installing the corresponding panel of the bike.

How do you disassemble the engine of the TM Racing EN 250?

To disassemble the engine of the TM Racing EN 250, you need to loosen the screws that fix the engine block to its housing: by loosening the screws that fix the engine to the frame, you will also be able to loosen those that fix the intake and exhaust pipes, then disconnect the connectors related to the sensors. In this way, you can proceed by removing the cylinder from the top and disconnecting the piston inside from the connecting rod; at this point, you can remove the connecting rod from the engine shaft and access the additional components at the base of the engine block.
