Let's find out in this guide how to disassemble and replace the drive belt and the variator on the Sym Jet14 125 scooter, following the instructions below. First of all, let's disassemble our clutch side carter, unscrewing all the side screws; then we go to remove the pulley and the fan, unscrewing the central nuts, as shown in the video. At this point we can remove the transmission belt and the variator, together with the rollers; we just have to clean the inside of the casing reassemble everything, following the video tutorial to the end!

How do you replace the gear oil of the Kymco People S 200?

In order to replace the gear oil of the Kymco People S 200, you need to loosen the screws that secure the transmission casing located on the rear side of the motorcycle, on the left side: by loosening the casing, you will be able to locate the drain plug underneath. This way, the plug can be loosened and it will be possible to collect all the used oil inside a properly positioned container. Once all the oil has drained out, you can pour in the new oil through the vent located slightly above the drain plug, so that the necessary amount of oil is inserted.
