In this guide, discover how to disassemble and replace the drive belt and variator on the Sym Jet14 125 scooter by following the instructions below. First, remove the clutch side cover by unscrewing all the side screws; then remove the pulley and fan by unscrewing the central nuts, as shown in the video. At this point, you can remove the drive belt and variator, along with the rollers; all that’s left is to clean the inside of the cover and reassemble everything, following the video tutorial to the end!
