Part: Battery

Video tutorial

To replace the battery of the Sym Joymax 125, loosen the two screws securing the plastic cover located between the handlebars and the footwell of the bike. Once the cover is removed, you will have access to the battery, which can be extracted from its housing after disconnecting the connectors and loosening the screws that hold it in place.

To dismantle the engine block of the Piaggio Zip, first extract it from its housing: once removed, you can proceed by loosening the screws that secure the side casing and also removing the spark plug from the top of the cylinder. This way, you can unscrew the bolts that secure it to its seat and then loosen the bolts that attach the connecting rod to the piston.
