This guide briefly explains how to disassemble and replace the belt and variator on the Sym Jet14 200 scooter. How to replace the battery in the Honda Dio?

You can replace the battery in the Honda Dio by loosening the screws that secure the front fairing of the vehicle: these screws are located inside the front of the bike and also directly above the front headlamp. Once these screws are removed, you can completely detach the panel to access the underlying battery: it can be freed from the corresponding securing screws and power cables, allowing you to insert the new replacement device. After replacement, cover it again by refitting the fairing.
