This guide briefly explains how to disassemble and replace the belt and variator on the Sym Jet14 200 scooter. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws located on the sides of the transmission cover to remove it; then unscrew the nut of the fan and clutch bell, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the belt and then the variator, replacing the components with new ones; finally, reassemble everything, following the video tutorial to the end!
