How do you adjust the Sym MaxSym 400 valves?

To be able to adjust the valve clearance on the Sym Maxsym 400 you need to open the compartment under the saddle by inserting the key in the lock: once the saddle has been raised, loosen the bolts that secure the saddle to its housing, removing it completely. At this point all the underlying panels must be removed, including that of the footrest compartment: under these panels you will find the engine. By loosening the bolts that secure the cylinder head, it will be possible to remove the latter, having access to the valves below: their clearance can now be adjusted using a thickness gauge.

How do you change the engine oil of the Beta Xtrainer 300?

In order to replace the Beta Xtrainer 300 engine oil, you need to loosen the screws that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once it has been removed, it will be possible to access the components in the lower part, including the oil drain plug. This will have to be unscrewed in order to collect the used oil inside a suitably positioned container. It will also be possible to replace the oil filter and finally re-fit the skid plate. Finally, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the right side of the bike.
