Today's guide will show us the steps that will allow us to disassemble and replace the starter motor of the Sym Mio scooter. First, we put the scooter on the center stand and start by lifting the seat and removing the plastic cover underneath; then we remove the carburetor, disconnecting the throttle cable, the fuel line, and the screw of the manifold clamp, as shown in the video. At this point, we also release the air filter to access the starter motor; we unscrew its screws and disconnect the wiring, replacing it with the new one!
