To replace the exhaust on the Sym MaxSym TL 500, loosen the screws securing the exhaust end can to its housing, located on the right side of the bike near the rear wheel. Once the screws are loosened, expand the ring connecting the exhaust to the exhaust manifold.

Then, insert the new replacement part into its designated slot so that it can be connected via the ring and secured to the appropriate mounts on the side of the vehicle.
