Video tutorial

To replace the exhaust on the Sym MaxSym TL 500, you need to loosen the screws that secure the exhaust terminal to its housing, located on the right side of the bike near the rear wheel: once the screws of the supports are loosened, you can widen the ring that connects the exhaust to the exhaust manifold.

You can then insert the new replacement part into its seat, allowing you to connect it via the ring and secure it to the respective supports on the side of the bike.

How to Dismantle the Engine of the TM Racing MX 125?

To dismantle the engine of the TM Racing MX 125, loosen the screws securing the side casing of the bike so that it can be removed, providing access to the clutch. Next, remove the spark plug from the top of the cylinder, then loosen the screws securing the cylinder as well: after removing the cylinder, you will be able to locate the piston underneath, which must be freed from the conrod by expanding its retaining ring.
