The fuse for the position lights on a Toyota Yaris produced from 2005 to 2012 is located inside the fuse box in the cabin. Specifically, the box is found behind the driver's glove compartment.

The relevant fuse is numbered 16 and rated at 10 Amperes. To replace it, open the glove compartment and remove it. Also, remove the cover of the fuse box and then take out the aforementioned fuse.

Insert a new fuse with the same amperage and refit the cover and glove compartment. Finally, test the operation of the lights.
