To install cruise control on a Toyota Yaris, first disconnect the vehicle's battery. Then, go inside the cabin and remove the cover of the steering column.

A 30 mm Torx screwdriver will be useful for removing the screws; once the screws are removed, take off the cover and disconnect the airbag system. Next, connect the wires for the new system installation.

Once the work is complete, reconnect the airbag system, refit the steering column cover, and reconnect the battery. Start the vehicle to test the operation.
