In this video, you will see how to replace the battery in the remote that opens and closes the doors of the Toyota Yaris, which is integrated into the ignition key. Using a flathead screwdriver, pry at the keyring area to separate the two halves; inside, you will find a small box with buttons.

Using the screwdriver again, pry at the edges to open the box and access the battery compartment.

Remove the old battery and replace it with a new one, ensuring the positive terminal is facing upwards. Close the box, insert it between the two halves, and press them together until they click into place.
