How do you reset the Service light of the Toyota iQ?

In order to reset the Service light of the Toyota iQ, you need to turn on the instrument panel by inserting the key into the ignition switch: once the panel is turned on, you will need to repeatedly press the MODE button located under the central screen of the dashboard. You will need to press it repeatedly until the "Trip A" message appears; once this is shown, you will need to turn off the panel. At this point, while the panel is off, you will need to hold down the MODE button and only then turn on the panel: you will need to continue holding down the button until the light is reset.
