How do the VSC and TRC work on Toyota cars?

In this video, we see how the VSC and TRC devices work in synergy on Toyota cars. The vehicle in the footage is a Toyota Hilux, but that is a secondary detail. These are two electronic systems designed to improve safety while driving, especially in difficult road conditions or during sudden maneuvers: the VSC (Vehicle Stability Control) comes into play when the vehicle loses grip, braking the individual wheels and modulating the engine power. The TRC (Traction Control) focuses on the driving wheels, preventing them from slipping when accelerating; this way, the vehicle starts more safely and maintains optimal traction on any type of surface. The two systems work together, reducing the risk of accidents caused by loss of control, and reducing the stress of driving in unfavorable conditions.
