The battery of the 2017 Toyota Yaris model vehicle is located inside the cabin, specifically the battery is located under the passenger seat. To replace the battery, it is necessary to remove the passenger seat, and to do this we just have to unscrew the bolts at the base of the seat and disconnect the airbag connector in this way we can easily remove the seat. To replace the battery, we should then remove the nut that locks the body and then disconnect the negative terminal clamp and immediately after the positive terminal clamp. We insert the new battery and connect the positive terminal clamp first and then the negative terminal clamp. We close the battery compartment cover and mount the seat.
