How to reset the service light on the Toyota 8 FD

To perform the reset of the Toyota 8 FD, we need to turn on the instrument panel and simultaneously press the ODO button and the TRIP A button. By holding down the button for a few seconds, the settings menu will be displayed. Navigate within the menu using the arrow and select the maintenance option by pressing OK. Within the maintenance menu, select the reset option and hold down the ODO button and the TRIP A button. Once the reset process is complete, return to the main menu and restart the instrument panel. If the reset is not successful, turn off the vehicle and perform a diagnosis using a scanner.
