From the instrument panel of the Toyota RAV 4, you can completely turn off the Service light by activating the ignition and navigating through the menu using the controls on the left side of the steering wheel: at this point, select the "Vehicle settings" option and then "Scheduled maintenance". This will display a screen showing a confirmation message: by selecting "Yes" on this confirmation message, you will be able to reset the maintenance interval.

This way, you will also notice that every time the ignition is turned on, the Service light will not reappear.
