You can program the key for a Toyota Yaris by inserting the blank key into the ignition barrel. Once the new key is inserted, connect a diagnostic tool to the OBD port located just below the steering column.

After the connection is made, select the car model and its corresponding version. This will allow you to follow the on-screen instructions to ensure the key is properly programmed.
