To replace the front window regulator motor on a Toyota Yaris, start by keeping the side window closed using a screwdriver, then remove the door panel, the soundproofing material, and the window regulator motor by unscrewing the screws and disconnecting the connector (this step was omitted in the video as it used a door already disassembled). Position the new motor in the mechanism and screw in the screws; place the mechanism with the motor back into the door, aligning it with the holes and screw in the screws to secure it; align the holes of the slide with those of the door and screw in the screws to secure it; reconnect the connector to check its proper operation; at this point, you can remove the screwdriver from the window, lower it until the lower holes of the glass align with the holes of the slide, and screw in the screws to secure it. Finally, check the proper operation of the window regulator and reassemble everything.
