To replace the serpentine belt on a Toyota Fortuner, open the hood to access the components on the right side of the engine block: here you will find the pulleys around which the serpentine belt is routed. By loosening the nut that secures the tensioner pulley, you can reduce the tension and remove the belt completely from its housing. At this point, position the new belt around the pulleys and secure it with the central nut and bolt. Then, start the engine and ensure everything is functioning properly.
