How to replace the timing chain on the Toyota Corolla?

To replace the timing chain on the Toyota Corolla, loosen the screws securing the engine block protection cover, located on the left side. Underneath, you will find the chain, which can be removed from its housing by loosening the screws that secure the tensioner: this will reduce the tension on the chain, allowing you to detach it from the corresponding sprockets. You can then install the new chain and restore tension by fitting the corresponding tensioner.
