In this brief guide, you will see the main instructions to remove and replace the timing chain tensioner of the Toyota Corolla. First, open the bonnet and start by removing the cylinder head cover and the timing cover; then remove the spark plugs and unscrew all the fixing screws, also removing the V-belt. Now, unscrew the fixing screws of the tensioner to remove it, using a socket spanner; remove and consequently replace the timing chain, following the video tutorial to the end!
