How do you start the Toyota Yaris Hybrid MK4?

If the Toyota Yaris MK4 is your first hybrid car, the starting procedure may seem unfamiliar to you. It is well explained in this short video: the engine starts with the smart key, which we can keep in our pocket or bag. The gear lever must be in the "P" position, meaning "park". We press the brake pedal, and a key symbol will appear on the display, indicating that it has been recognized by the car. At this point, we can confidently press the start button, and a green light will come on to indicate that the car is ready to be driven, and the engine could be electric, so it will not make any noise. We then select the "Drive" button by pressing the brake pedal; the parking brake will release automatically; otherwise, we just need to press the button with the "P" on the bottom of the center console. If we want to change the driving setting from "normal", which is the default one, we need to press the button at the top of the center console, and we can select the sport mode for more power, especially on winding roads, or the Eco mode for greater fuel efficiency. Pressing again will return us to the normal mode, which is not highlighted on the display. When we stop, always put the car in "P", and the car will automatically apply the parking brake. Turn off the start button, exit, and lock the car.
